P. Craig Taylor

P. Craig Taylor, Colorado School of Mines, is a Principal Investigator in the Office of Science's Center for Advanced Solar Photophysics. He is an expert in semiconductor device deposition and physics, and his group deposits and characterizes semiconductor thin films as applied to device architectures.
